A meeting took place for over 1 hour where a detailed brief was taken. Think Global Recruitment’s entire Recruitment Team was then briefed the very same day. One of the World’s Largest International Fashion Houses, Asia –  required Senior Internal Auditor

This role had been open for quite some time. It required specialist criteria including language skills. Over 1½ hour’s brief was taken and candidates were screened by phone, with over 1 hour per candidate. A short list of three accountants was provided and all three were screened by company.

Result: One of our accountants was taken through an 8 stage interview process. They were successfully offered the role and accepted within 24 hours.

Top Ten firm, UK – requested 10 Audit vacancies that had been open for some time

Think Global Recruitment took the time to take detailed brief’s for all open vacancies, interviewed thoroughly and submitted CVs with useful overviews. The firm was provided with regular activity reports and useful market information. Abigail stayed in contact throughout the project and once the initial phase was completed handed over to an Account Manager who continued to provide the premium service.

These roles had been open for sometime. Think Global Recruitment offered a retained solution that would provide the firm with a mix of auditors to help maintain a multicultural environment through employing some of the best accountants from across Europe and South Africa. Detailed brief was taken, 1 ½ hours. Short list provided with 100% interview request success.

Result: 10 offers made an accepted in just one month.

After a detailed brief taken it was identified that an interview trip to South Africa would be the best solution to fill multiple needs with the required language skills and backgrounds.  Interview schedule  was coordinated and a venue was sourced. A member of the Think Global Recruitment team accompanied interviewers to 3 locations in South Africa where interviews carried out.

Result: Three offers were made and accepted.

Big Four firm, Caribbean – presented at Worldwide Presentation in Ireland

Think Global Recruitment organised and promoted a World Wide Presentation that had an attendance of 60 soon to qualify and recently qualified Irish Chartered Accountants. The firm was given an exclusive speaking spot on the night to inform the audience what it was like living and working in their location for their office. One to one meetings were arranged prior to the event but doubled after the presentation.

Result: Five offers were made and accepted.
