The IRP Awards are the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by the REC to recognise the very best individuals and companies within the recruitment industry. Recognising achievement across all levels and different disciplines, the awards are a true reflection of the UK’s recruitment talent. The winners were announced at the IRP Awards ceremony on Wednesday 7 December 2016 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel.

 

REC chief executive Kevin Green said, “Tonight’s winners deserve a huge amount of credit and can be held up as the leading lights within recruitment. We know that recruiters transform lives, and the companies and individuals showcased this year demonstrate the value that our industry delivers every day.

The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) is the largest professional body for UK recruitment businesses.
