  • Provide support from analysis of strategy, deal evaluation through to project completion
  • Carry out due diligence investigations
  • Identify opportunities and risks and produce accounting reports to secure investment
  • Build rapport and provide excellent client service

Requirements

  • Recently qualified accountant ACA/CA/ACCA/CPA or the equivalent
  • Due Dilligence experience
  • At least 5 years current/recent professional practice experience, with over 12 months in Transaction Services/ Due Diligence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
