Role Overview
As a US Tax Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in meeting their tax obligations across various evolving tax specialties. You’ll provide expert advice on both local and international tax matters, acting as a strategic consultant for business analysis, indirect tax management, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insightful tax advice to clients on local and overseas tax affairs.
- Act as a strategic partner, offering business analysis and tax planning solutions.
- Manage indirect taxes, dispute resolution, and global enterprise tax strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive client support.
- Stay updated on changing tax regulations and industry trends to deliver accurate guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in business, accounting, finance, or economics is required.
- Master of Science in Taxation is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA), or Member of the Bar is required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant US partnership and/or corporate tax experience.
- Exposure to funds, private equity, or wealth asset management is essential.
