Position: Transaction Services Manager

Location: Switzerland

Languages: English and German fluency required

Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Oversight:
    • Manage and oversee a portfolio of transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline transaction processes and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their unique transaction requirements and tailor services accordingly.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire a team of transaction services professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting continuous learning and development.
  • Risk Management:
    • Implement and enforce risk management policies to mitigate potential issues in transaction processes.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement improvements to enhance overall operational resilience.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
    • Stay informed about relevant financial regulations in Switzerland and ensure all transaction services comply with local and international standards.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory changes and updates.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, accounting and / or an MBA.
    • 6 years proven experience in M&A OR AUDIT with a professional services firm, with a focus on financial operations and client management.
    • Strong proficiency in both English and German languages is essential.
    • In-depth knowledge of Swiss financial regulations and market practices.
    • Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in financial sue diligence projects, cash flow and income statements.
