As an Audit Senior, you’ll interact with a diverse range of multinational clients and monitor possible challenges and opportunities relevant to them. You’ll prepare the conversion of accounts from management GAAP (USGAAP or IFRS) to local GAAP through the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax returns. You’ll also be the day-to-day point of contact in the team for ad hoc local GAAP specific queries. The role involves coaching junior team members and assisting project managers with the delivery of accounting and tax services to an international client portfolio. You’ll offer advice in relation to corporate tax, varying local taxes, and accounting compliance with the support of the Global Team.
To be considered for the role, you’ll need a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, audit or tax, with a solid experience in Audit. A critical and analytical mind backed with US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, will bring added value to the team with your expertise in local European GAAP.
You’ll need to have a client-service mindset and the confidence to make daring, pragmatic recommendations. An innate ability to motivate and manage people in a way that brings out the best in your team members is essential.
