The Opportunity Joining the Risk Consulting team as a Senior, you’ll play a key role delivering advisory and assurance services to a prestigious portfolio of insurance and financial services clients, with a particular focus on the globally significant reinsurance market. You will lead engagements, build trusted client relationships and work across a wide range of risk and governance projects including:

  • Internal Audit programmes for insurance and reinsurance organisations
  • Enterprise Risk Management reviews
  • Governance and regulatory compliance engagements
  • SOX and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
  • Financial crime, AML and regulatory advisory
  • Business process and operational reviews
  • Supporting business development, proposals and thought leadership initiatives
  • Collaborating with teams across Bermuda and the wider international network

This is an opportunity to develop beyond delivery, taking ownership of client relationships while helping shape the future growth of the practice. We are Looking For This role is suited to professionals who have developed their careers within a similar market such as the UK, Ireland, Canada or the USA and are ready for an international move. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Around 3+ years’ experience within Risk Consulting or Internal Audit
  • Big Four or leading professional services experience
  • Strong insurance or wider financial services experience (insurance or reinsurance highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of Internal Audit methodologies
  • Experience across risk management, governance and regulatory compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CA, ACA, CIA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
