A leading international accounting firm is seeking a high-calibre Manager to support the continued growth of its Risk Consulting practice in Bermuda, working with premier (re)insurance and financial services clients across multiple jurisdictions.

The Opportunity

You’ll be operating at the forefront of complex risk and regulatory advisory work, partnering with senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex risk, internal audit, and regulatory engagements for financial services clients

  • Manage senior client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple engagements

  • Support business development, including proposals and thought leadership initiatives

  • Advise on SOX/ICFR, enterprise risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks

  • Lead and develop multi-jurisdictional teams, promoting a strong performance culture

  • Provide insight across financial crime, internal controls, and risk transformation programmes

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in internal audit, risk, or advisory within insurance or financial services

  • Strong technical knowledge of governance, regulatory, and control frameworks

  • Proven experience leading engagements, teams, and senior client relationships

  • Background in a Big 4 or similar consulting environment

  • Degree qualified; CPA, CA, CIA, or equivalent preferred

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and executive presence
