The Opportunity You will operate at the forefront of complex risk and regulatory advisory work, partnering directly with senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams across the region. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex risk, internal audit, and regulatory engagements for financial services clients
  • Own and manage senior client relationships, ensuring quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects
  • Drive business development initiatives, proposal development, and thought leadership contributions
  • Advise on SOX/ICFR, enterprise risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Lead and mentor multi-jurisdictional teams, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration
  • Provide strategic insight across financial crime, internal controls, and risk transformation initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in internal audit, risk, or advisory within insurance or financial services
  • Strong technical grounding in governance, regulatory, and control frameworks
  • Demonstrated leadership of engagements, teams, and executive-level client relationships
  • Experience within a Big 4 or comparable consulting environment
  • Degree qualified; CPA, CA, CIA, or equivalent preferred
  • Confident communicator with strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
