What you’ll do
- Lead complex risk, internal audit, and regulatory engagements for financial services clients
- Manage key client relationships and oversee delivery across multiple projects
- Drive business development initiatives, proposals, and thought leadership
- Advise on SOX/ICFR, governance, enterprise risk, and compliance frameworks
- Lead multi-jurisdictional teams and collaborate with regional specialists
- Provide expertise across financial crime, controls, and risk strategy
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in internal audit, risk, or advisory within insurance or financial services
- Strong technical knowledge of governance, regulatory, and control frameworks
- Proven ability to lead engagements, teams, and client relationships
- Experience within a Big 4 or comparable consulting environment
- Degree required; CPA, CA, CIA, or similar qualification preferred
- Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills
