The ideal profile:
- Relevant University Degree or Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification
- 5+ years of Consulting experience gained with a leading Accountancy Practice or within the financial services industry
- Fluent German language skills (C2 level or native) are a requirement
- Experience in leading business transformation strategies for insurance clients is a must-have for this role
- Strong Swiss Insurance industry knowledge
- Strong communication skills
