- Identify and implement changes to improve finance team processes
- Prepare group financial statements
- Cash forecasting, cost accounting, budgetting

Requirements
- Must have British or European working rights due to licence restrictions
- Current or recent experience as a Finance Manager
- People Management experience
- Pofessional Accountancy Qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) highly desirable
- Good leadership skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
