The Role As a Senior Manager, you’ll be a visible leader in the practice – guiding teams, managing multiple engagements and acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You will:

The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for an exceptional insurance specialist with the confidence to lead clients and teams in a fast-moving market. You will likely have:

  • An internationally recognised accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CA / CPA) * Around 8+ years’ experience within a Big Four or top-tier firm * Strong insurance or reinsurance audit experience * Expertise in IFRS 17, US GAAP and/or PCAOB reporting * Experience managing teams and multiple engagements * Outstanding communication and leadership skills
