  • Lead external audits for major reinsurance and insurance groups
  • Oversee multiple engagements with tight reporting cycles and technical complexity
  • Review financial statements and accounting treatments under IFRS and/or US GAAP
  • Present audit findings to senior executives and board-level stakeholders
  • Manage, coach, and develop audit teams across engagements
  • Support client relationship growth and strategic business development

What you’ll bring

  • ACA, CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years’ external audit experience, including leadership responsibility
  • Strong technical knowledge of insurance/reinsurance accounting and reporting
  • Experience managing complex engagements and multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills
  • A proactive leadership style and commercial mindset
