  • Managing elements of several external audit engagements while working closely with managers and senior colleagues

  • Supporting and developing more junior members of the audit team

What you will need This opportunity is specifically aimed at accountants who have built their experience within a Big Four external audit environment. You will need:

  • A completed professional accounting qualification, with your certification in hand: ACCA, ACA, Chartered Accountancy, CRC or CPA
  • Approximately three to four years of recent external audit experience with a Big Four firm
  • Strong experience of audit planning, risk and control identification and external audit testing
  • The ability to identify audit issues and communicate recommendations clearly
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confidence communicating directly with clients and colleagues
  • Experience working successfully with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
  • Strong organisation and the ability to deliver high-quality assignments to deadline

Recent Big Four experience is essential for this particular appointment. Experience gained solely within smaller accountancy firms will not meet the requirements. Your professional qualification must also be fully completed and certification obtained for this Associate-level opportunity.
