- Managing sections of audits from planning through to completion
- Leading and coaching junior team members
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Identifying risks, controls, and areas for improvement
- Contributing to business development and broader team initiatives
What you will bring
- 4+ years of external audit experience within a Big Four firm
- Fully qualified: ACCA, ACA, CPA, CRC or equivalent (certificate in hand)
- Strong technical knowledge (IFRS, audit methodologies)
- Confident communication skills with fluent English
- Good numerical and verbal reasoning (this is tested during the interview process)
- A collaborative, positive approach. This team values personality as much as technical ability
