This expanding Practice is seeking to fulfil a key strategic position, one that will work closely with the Managing Partner to facilitate Practice growth and internal promotions. Within this role you will be managing your own portfolio of cross-sector clients, owning and overseeing major audits whilst leading and developing a superb team of dedicated Auditors. This is of course a Partner level role and as such you will need to be qualified (ACA or ACCA) and have strong experience within Audit – particularly, we would like a previous Practicing Certificate and / or extensive Signing off on complex Audits.

The position would suit someone who has at least 10 years working within Public Practice and who has a strong preference for working with a portfolio of Financial Services Clients. A strong desire to coach, develop and motive your teams is essential as will be your ability to develop and refine further quality controls within the Practice.
