Join this entrepreneurial medium-tier firm with local ownership, part of an international network
Take on an existing portfolio of financial services clients
You will be signing off on audits, a Director is in effect a Partner in this firm
Choose which Island you will live on, if you enjoy a challenge you can be instrumental in setting up a new physical office on the island
The firm is growing, you can be a shareholder of this successful firm within 12 to 18 months
Work/life balance – this firm does not work Big Four hours
Work alongside existing Partners from Big Four backgrounds, in a friendly approachable environment
Good social environment with monthly dinks or diners, pool nights, team events, regular charity events, running clubs etc
Relaxed office environment
Young dynamic leadership (existing Partners around 35 to 40 years old)
Great training, 12 sessions during the summer across all topics
Requirements
Ideal: Audit Director with extensive Financial Services client experience and sign experience
Would consider an experienced Senior Manager with extensive Financial Services client experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant or ACCA
Entrepreneurial
Someone driven to grow the business
Someone who understands their ethos about working hard, but not Big Four hours.
