Experience: 5 plus years in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and sustainability, with a background in both corporate and consulting environments.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Conduct ESG risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations.
Stay abreast of global ESG trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks.
Lead the preparation and submission of ESG reports for stakeholders.
Engage with external stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies, on ESG matters.
Provide guidance on sustainable business practices and initiatives.
Assess and enhance the company’s social and environmental impact.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in ESG management within a corporate setting or as an external consultant.
Deep understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements.
Strong analytical skills for ESG risk assessments and impact measurement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of relevant sustainability certifications and standards.
Familiarity with emerging ESG technologies and data management tools.
