Key Responsibilities: As our Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business by developing your team and developing existing relatioinships with our corporate clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist partners with all aspects of corporate finance deals for national and international clients.
  • This role will includes M&A, due dilgence, business restructuring, valuations, report writing and financial modelling. 
  • Monitoring market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities for the organization.
  • Mentoring and guiding a team of finance professionals, fostering their career development and ensuring exceptional performance.
  • Requirements: To succeed in this role, we’re seeking someone with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5 years experience within a professional services firm working in Corporate Finance
  • Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA etc)
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • A passion for innovation and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Be able to relocate to New Zealand
