- Dive into business valuations as you help clients navigate the complexities of their transactions.
- Tackle financial reporting and tax-related valuations like purchase price allocations and impairment testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Take the lead on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence in M&A transactions, guiding clients through every step of the process.
- Offer insightful corporate finance and M&A advice, including cost of capital analysis and deal value assessments, to empower clients in their decision-making.
- Support clients in capital market transactions by preparing comprehensive financial due diligence reports for bond issues and IPOs, helping them seize opportunities in the market.
- Conduct thorough investment analysis to provide clients with the insights they need to make informed investment choices.
- Manage and deliver large projects with confidence, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow and succeed.
- Stay in the know about local and national business and economic trends, so you can provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
The ideal profile:
- Professionally qualified CA/CFA or the equivalent
- 5 years Corporate Finance experience (Valuations, M&A, Due Delicence etc.)
- Maltese language skills/Maltese market experience
- Sound technical knowledge with the ability to build financial models.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver quality written work.
