- Oversee financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations and impairment testing, ensuring full compliance.
- Support capital market transactions by preparing detailed financial due diligence reports for IPOs and bond issuances.

The ideal profile:
- Qualified CA, CFA, or equivalent
- 5+ years in Corporate Finance: You’ve mastered valuations, M&A, due diligence, and financial modeling etc.
