Expect to be challenged, supported, and continuously developed in equal measure. The Role You’ll take ownership of a broad range of high-value advisory projects, including:

  • Business and complex financial valuations (transaction-driven and reporting)
  • Buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
  • M&A and corporate finance advisory
  • Capital markets work (IPO support, bond issuances, listings)
  • Investment and deal analysis
  • Managing multiple engagements and leading project delivery
  • Coaching and developing junior team members
  • Building client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

You’ll operate across a diverse client base – from local corporates to international groups across sectors such as financial services, gaming and real estate. What We’re Looking For

  • ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
  • Around 4-5 years’ experience within corporate finance / deals / advisory
  • Background within a Big 4 or leading advisory firm
  • Strong technical expertise across valuations, M&A and due diligence
  • Advanced financial modelling skills
  • Confident communicator, able to simplify complex ideas
  • Experience managing projects and mentoring others
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • CFA is a strong advantage.
