- As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will lead the completion of engagements, including M&A transaction support, debt advisory, corporate structuring, and business valuations.

The ideal profile:
- Professionally qualified CA/ACCA/CPA/ACA/CFA
- 5+ years of Corporate Finance experience ideally within Professional Practice
- Currently based in Ireland with strong local market experience (Visa transfers welcome)
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to managing client relationships
