Responsibilities: As an Associate Director in Corporate Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving our firm’s growth and delivering exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading and managing complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic investments.
  • Conducting comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments.
  • Developing financial models and forecasts to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on corporate finance strategies and opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of up to 10 talented finance professionals to achieve outstanding results.
  • Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of corporate finance principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in managing complex financial transactions and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis and present findings effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; 
  • MBA and / or CFA / CA / CPA / ACCA qualification (CFA preferred)
