The Opportunity As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of audit engagements while developing your leadership capabilities and strengthening client relationships. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple audit engagements simultaneously * Planning and coordinating audit assignments * Supervising fieldwork and supporting junior team members * Identifying audit, engagement and compliance risks * Reviewing audit work and ensuring high-quality delivery * Acting as a key client contact throughout engagements * Applying IFRS and Australian reporting standards across varied assignments * Supporting continuous improvement of audit methodologies and processes

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 3 years’ external audit experience within a medium-tier accountancy practice * CA qualified * Willingness to complete Australian CPA requirements if required (fully supported by the firm) * Experience working across multiple industry sectors * Strong understanding of audit planning, risk assessment and fieldwork execution * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively
