This role will be particularly attractive to those who have strong technical knowledge of audit procedures and have lived and worked in an advanced mature Western market with strong attention to detail..As a Senior Audit Manager there will be opportunities to work on a variety of engagements covering a spectrum of services including: The Role * Manage & deliver audit engagements from planning to completion * Creating audit plans, manage budgets * Supervise, manage and coach up to 10 junior staff * Work with some of the UK’s leading Corporate Clients from a wide range of industry sectors * Contribute to Business Development and Audit Business Planning * Preparation of reports to management and audit committeeRequirements * Accountancy qualification (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) * At least 2 years’ experience as Senior Audit Manager or Experienced Manager in Top 10 CA Firm * Excellent technical knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP desirable * Experience with a mixed portfolio of small and large private sector clients * Leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team * Excellent communication skillsIf you are excited by the idea of moving to Manchester, and possess the necessary skills we look forward to hearing from you.
