You will be relied upon to
- Develop a high performing audit team through individual coaching and group training initiatives
- Develop long term strategies
- Cultivate long lasting client relationships
- Create tailored services to win new business
- Utilise the latest tech to identify risks and improve processes
- Improve audit quality and offer creative solutions to complex problems
Key skills and experience:
- 6+ years of audit experience in Financial Services
- Strong insurance experience
- internationally recognized accounting qualification
- US GAAP and IFRS
- Well developed leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
