About You
- Professional Qualification: Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, CA, or equivalent.
- Audit Experience: At least 7 years of recent external audit experience, with a minimum of 2 years at Senior Manager level.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong technical audit expertise, with experience in IFRS and US GAAP standards
- Financial Services Expertise: Proven experience in financial services, specifically in funds and asset management.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, build client relationships, and manage complex audit engagements.
- Strategic Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to drive business development and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
- International Exposure: Experience in an established market such as the UK, South Africa, the USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand is highly preferred.
