- Plan and execute fieldwork
- Work closely with clients and act as main point of contact
- Report directly to Partners
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and supervise fieldwork
- Coach and develop a high performing team
- Address and solve any complex accounting issues
- Performance manage trainees
- Help shape the strategy and business plan of the firm
To be considered for this role will need:
- 1-2 years of Audit Manager experience
- Experience in Travel and Leisure sectors
- International Recognized Qualification (ACCA. CPA, etc)
- IFRS experience and US GAAP knowledge preferable
- Strong leadership skills
