The Opportunity

You will take ownership of complex audit engagements from planning through to completion, delivering exceptional service to leading financial services organisations operating within highly regulated environments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading complex PCAOB audit engagements for Banking
  • Managing risk assessments, audit planning and execution using a robust risk-based methodology.
  • Reviewing financial reporting under US GAAP and ensuring compliance with PCAOB auditing standards.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across finance and operational teams.
  • Providing commercial insight that helps clients strengthen governance, controls and business performance.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing high-performing audit teams.
  • Managing multiple engagements while maintaining outstanding quality and delivery standards.

What We’re Looking For You’ll be a qualified accountant with:

  • ACA, CA, CPA or ACCA qualification.
  • At least 5 years’ external audit experience.
  • Significant Banking experience
  • Strong experience auditing listed or public interest entities within SOX-controlled environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and PCAOB auditing standards.
  • Proven experience leading teams and developing junior professionals.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
