The ideal profile:
- Professional qualification ACA/CA/ACCA/CPA
- 5+ years of external Audit experience
- Current Audit Manager within an international Top Accounting firm in Ireland, UK Offshore (CI or IoM), UK Mainland, Canada, USA, Australia or New Zealand
- Insurance (life/general/captive or reinsurance) or Banking client experience is key
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience mentoring and leading a diverse team
- Organised and the ability to prioritise
