The Opportunity As an Assistant Manager within the Audit division, you’ll take ownership of engagements from planning through to completion, working closely with clients and mentoring more junior team members. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing audits from planning through to finalisation
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior team members
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Working closely with Managers and Partners across multiple engagements
  • Exposure to listed entities and complex reporting requirements
  • Applying IFRS and Australian GAAP standards
  • Supporting special projects and innovation initiatives when opportunities arise

About You We’re keen to speak with accountants who have:

  • ACA, ACCA or CA qualification
  • Approximately 4-5 years’ external audit experience gained in the UK or Ireland

  • A background within a mid-tier, large regional or international firm
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
