Ideal Candidate
- 7 plus years M&A experience – preferably Sell Side, will consider mixed and buy side
- Experience of working on and completing large deals, over US$10million
- Business valuation and financial modelling experience
- Strong Leadership and team building skills
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Bachelors degree in finance, MBA or CFA desirable
- Excellent communication and English Language skills
