The Role:
- Work alongside other teams globally to deliver cross-border engagements to clients.

Lead and motivate team members and provide effective feedback. Play a key role in training junior consultants within the organization.

Generate new business opportunities. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
Possess a sound understanding of actuarial concepts and effectively apply this knowledge to client scenarios.
Uphold a reputation as an industry expert by writing articles, and appearing/talking at events
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, and/or other related subjects
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working in an actuarial position, 3 of which ideally should include management responsibility
SoA, IFoA or other internationally recognized association
Experience using spreadsheets and actuarial software, including AXIS, Prophet, ALFA, MOSES, VBA, C++ or others
Excellent time management while working on multiple projects as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with members at all levels
Excellent communication skills
Preferable:
- Experience in a consulting capacity with business development and sales aspects
Confident in contributing to strategic dialogue at the senior management level
