Are you an Actuarial Non-Life Director wanting to thrive in a top Accountancy firm, spearheading its Advisory and Audit services in Bermuda?
You will possess excellent leadership skills and substantial knowledge in actuarial consulting for the Non-Life / P&C (re)insurance industry, including skills in managing a various portfolio of engagements, supervising and mentoring a team of Actuaries.
This is challenging position where you will lead the team in assessing fitting systematic tests to attain client objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Offering a high quality actuarial advisory service to clients
- Maintaining solid relationships with both existing and new clients
- Completing and auditing loss reserve studies for reinsurance companies
- Growth of new business through networking and marketing services
- Leading the expansion of new solutions.
- Promoting and raising the profile of the actuarial practice.
- Leading reinsurance pricing and distinct actuarial missions
- Supporting the audit department on projects/engagements.
Qualifications and attributes:
- Senior Manager’s must have at least 7 years of acturial experience
- Directors must have at least 10 years of actuarial experience
- FCAS / FIA designation
- In-depth experience/knowledge of the Non-Life / P&C (re)insurance industry.
- Knowledge with actuarial activities, including loss reserving, pricing and risk management.
- The ability to manage simultaneous engagements.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent people skills with the aptitude to work well with stakeholders and clients.
- An established track record of strong professional development
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Ability to multi tasks when under pressure and strict deadlines
