We have created a fresh exciting new role within our team to provide dynamic support to the Sales Team and Directors at Think Global Recruitment.  The person who is successful in this role will enjoy variety, change, rolling up their sleeves and being  a key part of our friendly, recruitment team.

Think Global Recruitment is an owner managed business that specialises  in international accountancy, finance and legal recruitment.   We have been assisting professionals to  move around the globe for almost 18 years, quite literally from any country to any country.   Our Vision, which shapes every decision we make, is Improving Lives.

The role will include the following, plus many other fun projects:

Resourcing /Researching

  • Reviewing and responding to  advert responses, delegating applicants as appropriate                                       
  • Utilising the internet to resource leads for candidates and clients
  • Researching information as required

Marketing

  • Writing/creating and placing marketing updates onto social media                                                                      
  • Creating and sending out newsletters
  • Proofing/ Quality Control on adverts written

Office Support

  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Sourcing and booking  worldwide travel and accommodation
  • Sourcing venues and organising administration behind events
  • Liaising with and negotiating with suppliers
  • Basic IT trouble shooting/ liaising with external IT support providers
  • Ordering stationery & office supplies
  • Picking up office supplies in person
  • Greeting guests and setting up the meeting room
  • Setting up new users
  • Keeping the office tidy
  • Assisting the Directors PA duties from time to time

EXPERIENCE / TRAITS OF SUCCESSFUL PERSON

  • A positive can do attitude is more important than experience
  • Highly desirable – Several years experience of working in an office environment for an owner managed business
  • Someone willing to roll their sleeves up and be flexible to turn their hand at most things
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Service and quality driven
  • Excellent fluent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys challenges, problem solving and change
  • Confidence in own abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and at a hands-on level

  • Computer literate and happy to experiment with new technology, be a superuser and the office go to person for trouble shooting
  • A European passport, sorry we can not sponsor for this role
