As an Insolvency Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing insolvency cases, leading restructuring efforts, and providing expert advice.

  • These insolvency cases are a very interesting case load and different to other cases in the market.
  • Involved in marketing and client meetings from initial contact, with responsibility of driving cases to appointment and beyond.
  • Lead and manage insolvency assignments, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.
  • Develop restructuring and recovery strategies.
  • Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local insolvency laws and offshore jurisdictions.
  • Proven experience in insolvency or restructuring, with financial services experience.

The ideal applicants:

  • ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified preferred.
  • Experience gained in relevant jurisdictions such as BVI, The Cayman Islands, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or other offshore financial services centres.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
