The ideal profile:
- CA/ACCA/CPA/ACA qualified or the equivalent
- 5 – 8 years of external audit experience within the practice
- Currently an Audit Manager (for at least 1 year already)
- Varied industry exposure
- Experience gained in an established market (UK, Ireland, US, Canada, South Africa)
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS
- Experienced in developing, coaching and motivating a diverse team
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
