As a Team Manager in our offices you will be expected to develop your team and ensure that they continuously exceed their individual and collective fee targets whilst managing your own desk. You will also work with the management team and contribute to the strategic development of the Company.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?
• Experienced consultants (minimum 3-5 years) ideally in accountancy and finance recruitment or alternatively professional services i.e. Office Personnel, IT or Marketing
• Management experience or a keen desire to manage others is essential
• Proven track record (we are likely to want to see evidence)
• A service driven professional (essential)
• A team player (essential)
• Someone who likes travel and is happy to fly overseas (essential)
• Someone who is keen to join an expanding, very successful, recruitment consultancy and grow with it
• Someone with a desire to get rich and enjoy getting there!
• Someone who has travelled (desirable)
