Since 2006 Think Global Recruitment has supported an independent charity that isn’t in the public eye, but whose work is just as important as those charities who are.
Ribban Children’s Charity was set up in June 2006 and supports two primary schools in the Keringet area of the Rift Valley in Kenya.
By choosing to support this charity we will have a profound influence on the lives of children attending these schools now - and those who will attend these schools in the years to come.
Think Global Recruitment believes it is important to give back to both our local and global community. Inline with our company philosophy of global unity, Think Global Recruitment is proud to host fundraising activities to support Ribban Children's Charity.
Ribban Children’s Charity was set up in June 2006 and supports two primary schools in the Keringet area of the Rift Valley in Kenya. The name of the charity has been created by the combination of the schools names - Ribot and Bandiat.
These schools educate 500 children between them, from nursery classes up through the upper years of primary education in Kenya. By choosing to support this charity we will have a profound influence on the lives of children attending these schools now - and those who will attend these schools in the years to come.
Why Kenya?
We currently have 679 Kenyans registered with Think Global Recruitment. We take talent from Kenya and put it elsewhere. We’d like to give something back.
Why a small charity?
By supporting a smaller charity such as Ribban we will be able to see exactly where our money is going and be part of something that will have a direct influence on the lives of people in the area.
The families and orphaned children in these areas may not have much, but the children want to learn, have ambitions and dreams and goals and we can help them fulfil those ambitions in a comfortable and safe environment.

As a company we will know that we helped build a classroom, furnish a library, provide books or other essential items for children who otherwise would have very limited resources. |
