Q. Why would I want to employ an expatriate Accountant?

A. Why be restricted to recruiting locally when you can recruit the best person in the world?

Q. How would I go about interviewing someone overseas?

A. Some of our clients carry out all their interviews over the phone. Due to the level and quality of Accountants we work with, our clients trust that the candidates will be presentable. However, some of our clients may also organise an interview in a partner office local to the interviewee; fly to (or fly the candidate to) a convenient location to carry out the interview and/or organise a video conference. We will assist with setting up the interview to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible. We can also organise schedules for visiting clients who wish to interview a number of people in one or more locations.

Q. What fees do you charge?

A. For contingency recruitment, there is no fee if you do not take anyone on. It is free to interview and even make an offer to someone, utilising our services. We will only invoice you if the person accepts the role. We can also work on retained assignments, in which case we will agree special fee and payment terms. We are confident that our placements will work for you and the candidate and therefore offer a 100 day 100 per cent money back guarantee.
